1.9.1.1c Changes

-Fix to a bug where items could vanish on slot 1 on death when you had unsoulbound equipment. (Did not effect many players and was super rare/newer bug.)
-Fix to a vault issue for the menu button not appearing.

-When picking up items it will now check for items that belong to you first to prevent pickup issues. (Because of the drop timer lock function).
--The order is 'Items that are locked to you first' >> 'Items that have no locks' >> 'Anything else'.

-Fix to spell bonus damage in certain gear (boots/gloves/affixes for example used the temporary spell bonus damage value.)
-Thief traps fixed.
