Max Character Accounts

I want to get everyone on one account, I think it's needed. It's too messy right now and I want to resolve this, specially with the upcoming updates. Please remember things like storage alts for keys will be in the past as we are introducing things such as key vaults for guilds per city, and other neat things like that.
Remember the following:
-You probably shouldn't have 'character holder names' past about 20 that aren't leveled. Sorry, I don't think it's fair that someone makes 200 characters and never uses them ever.
-Don't include anything that you'd share in the limit. I.E. Guild vault key holders, etc.
-Premium Members will increase this limit to a rather high amount so take into account that people who want 500 alts or whatever the amount will be. They will also have double global vault space, and a house to store more items locally. Prem will be cheap and it's a way of supporting the server. Right now we spend $70 a month, its not so cheap for a game that makes no money and is not going P2W. So Premium needs to have benefits that actually look good. Setting the limit too high means it's not a benefit and whats the point/etc.
For my guess, I would be thinking 100 or 150 would be a good 'starter' limit. What does the peeps think? We shall poll it.
