True, that's my bad, your looking around 8000 damage then for zerker. Though I just did 8575 with 40 attacks. But I guess that's slightly RNG so I should probably test with more attacks to get a more proper average.

Though again, I don't know many bosses that have 200 AC. Even crimson dragon has only 120 AC and the fall off from 200 to 120AC is very large.

It's around 7000 damage with 120AC, 6500 with 100AC. I'll test it more in a few.

I tested with proper amount of attacks, all hits. There are obvious issues such as zerkers need to keep raging but that is more common in PVE, and archers need to land 5 attacks instead of just 4 per round to do the same. Both would ultimately lower the damage in real world, tough to say how much though. Slayers would probably be more consistent over zerkers due t

I figured 20/20 for str/int is a decent balance for archer, INT is pretty important for increasing the damage just as much as STR is here, maybe even more important. If an NPC had high AC its defo worth it, specially if it goes beyond 200AC, 100-120AC targets might still be better to use the zerker or slayer (slayer if your fast enough). I don't think there are many targets beyond 150AC though I do plan on adding one or two for the sake of it one day. (I think crimson is at 120 ac and crystal is at 150ac, which does actually make a difference with pierce shot. 150 ac could probably be considered just lower in damage then zerkers at probably 150-160k anyways which is pretty decent.)

yeah the biggest issue with archers is buffs and piercing. buffed rapid shots on low armor is a big laugh. and pierce dont have buffs according to dev log, but int song adds 20 some damage to it still. imo its the relative speed in which the archer is using RS. saving almost .4 seconds a round and still doing zerk damage with lower str and higher agi. there are other factors in the defense of zerks and stuff, but for most armored oads i have been using my archer and it isnt even 25 because is smashes 200s every single time with a champs bow. i also run my zerks with dual wield mostly, because i prefer the harder regular hits and double embers opposed to relying on crits and flurries. i also use cavaliers with 2 handers cuz they hit extremely hard, but they still dont compare to an archer, let alone an arcane archer.
