Alderra and Map Changes

Alderra has been moved!

We are working to clean up the world map. Some of you may have noticed things moving lately. So far the changes have been small and relatively minor. However, the big change are starting to go in game. First to note will be the location of the Capital City. It is now more central to the world and very close to the starting city of Seamoor.

With it's move, Grotesque Garden and Patina Caverns have been moved as well. The Gardens and some of their denizens have been moved... but you will have to look around and find them. There are also a couple of area that have been made temporarily unavailable but should return very soon. There will be other areas that move or be altered over the next few months. Over the next year we hope to be doubling the size of the world so these changes are required for continuity and playability. With these changes will come new Instances and OaDs. There may even be some major changes that require actions by the players to trigger the reopening.

We understand this may be frustrating for some people but it is necessary for the evolution of the game. This is happening in phases due to the way the game is interlinked. If for some reason your map doesn't update properly or you have map ghosts, clear your map cache. If the map glitches happen near another area, you may need to enter that area to clear the glitches. We apologize for any problems or confusion this causes but we hope you will enjoy the changes that are happening.

Phase 2

East of Turenyara has now been rebuilt to follow the Plains Road. Unfortunately, the workers were unable to repair that darn bridge... That's about as much as I can say about what is going to come in further to the east.

For now, Vazar Crane has returned, Ruins of Seta have been relocated further along the road, and the Sorcerer's Hideout has been moved a bit closer to Turenyara. New areas include the Farmlands and Farm Road for leveling needs. Beneath the farmlands however is an extensive underground where spiritual enemies have congregated. There are hidden dangers and treasures to be discovered so be sure to explore thoroughly.
