Foraging and Mining Changes

We've adjusted how Mining and Foraging nodes work and removed competing for nodes. There is now a static amount of nodes in an area, whose positioning is set at reset, and you can mine the nodes every 15 minutes. The node gathering is based on your account not character. We will be adjusting the number of nodes and gathering time if needed, but we feel this system will be better as it accommodates high numbers of players
