Jewelcrafting Salvage Ore and Alchemy bags!

Jewelcrafting has an excess of ore due to not using much and needing more gems instead. To remedy this issue, we're adding 3 new items you can craft.
Iron Salvage - Tier 1
Iron Salvage - Tier 2
Orichalcum Salvage
They function similar to Gem Pouches, but they can reward more than one gem.
Additionally, we've decided to change when you can learn Bag of Plenty, 80 instead of 95. At 95 you can now upgrade your Bag of Plenty to give 2 inventory slots.
