1.7.0.5 Changes (For 09/05/18)

-Fix to the rage bar resetting to blue when you size up the screen/change skins when using a Knight.
-Fix to party limit sometimes going over the limit of 5.
-Fix to charged items not being marked as charged properly. (Still need to adjust items in game.)
-Fix to discord guilds getting their channel removed on startup (Setup/try it out again, sorry guys!)
-Fix to a bug where your item would lose all attributes such as soulbound/etc.
-Added a way for staff to chat to global in discord.
-!Quest items can now have a humming chance! It is the same as buying it from a store and thieves do not effect this rate.
