-Moving a house has been fixed and won't require a /houseupdate before using.
-Fixed a vault issue when swapping back and forth between guild vault/regular vault and the vault not updating.
-The first time WELCOME MESSAGE should not appear with characters that have XP/Levels anymore after a reallocate/etc.
