1.7.1.1e Changes

-Pet Scope Lens/Small Scope Lens have correct values again. (Accidentally must of been reverted). With the change to infra awhile back (from a percent based to 1:1 int based), scope lens was changed to +6 and small scope lens to +3. However, they were giving +25 and +10. This meant that putting a scope lens on a pet could potentially give it somewhere around 45 int search power with high int. /pet info also displays infra properly now.
-Arcane Watcher Changes:
--Armor/HP/Dodge has been lowered a bit as a combatant could attempt to kill it.
--Wisdom has been raised (resistances to magic)
--No change to search amount. (It's about 15-21% search rate depending on low int vs high int on a hider, with 24 int sorcs as it is... It will stay this way.)
-Trap Changes
--Divinity traps have been fixed and should function properly based on the person who laid the trap.
--Strong Divinity Trap changed from 15% to 20% damage.
--Strong Trap changed from 13.5% to 18.5% damage.
--Divinity Trap changed from 10% to 15% damage.
--Trap changed from 10% to 14% damage.
--Weak Divinity Trap changed from 5% to 10% damage.
--Weak Trap changed from 4.5% to 9.5% damage.
--Adjusted bind trap and introduced another bind trap:
---Bind Trap now takes two hits to break the roots off. (They have 2 HP and any hit will remove 1 HP.). It stays for an extra 10 seconds (30 seconds total or until killed).
---Thorn Bind Trap introduced. Similar to bind trap on stopping a person, however, will deal 10% damage on trigger and an additional 5% damage every time the player attempts to move while being bound. If a person isn't paying attention they can take a lot of damage! This trap takes one hit to break the roots. It stays for 20 seconds or until killed.

Note: I am aware of the expire message being displayed after a mob dies and it expires. It will be fixed with the next bigger server patch (Doesn't actually effect anything)
