1.8.1.16d Changes (May 31st Reset)

-You can now target someone not on the square using /t. However you must know their full name when targeting when using this method. (Similar to when someone is who hidden and you can use /i but you must know their full name.) so /t (FULL NAME). The other methods still work as normal however.
-Dragons have been moved away from the safe squares on the river road. I didn't think it was going to be an issue but there are a few problems with it at the moment. (I know we are working on PVE dragons but we need to make sure theres other forms of PVP first.) Sorry folks.
I will explain the reasoning for the safe squares at a later date more in depth. Thanks.
