1.8.1.21c Changes

-Fix to items using an article on what type of item it is (Aka This is classified as a ammo -> This is classified as ammo).
-Fade no longer hides your tracks. (With /track)
-Hover now hides your tracks.
-You cannot use an Obscuration Potion when hovering, as it does the same thing. Likewise, hover will override it.
