-Fix to how faction points are rewarded. (More fair).
-Fix to the underdog status.
-Many bug fixes such as leaving the faction in the middle of the week and it changing the underdog status.
-Faction player tally is now every two weeks (Current week and last week) instead of every two months.
-Other minor fixes.
I will post the faction point calculation soon.
