1.9.0.15d Changes (May 4th Reset)

-Error on premium where it showed only 8 item resets for platinum (typo).
-Fixes to notoriety not working properly (Giving gold to wrong person/not removing notoriety on death/etc)
-Stack count on crafting items increased to 9999.
