Command name changes to some commands. (/kick for example)

Some commands were changed that use /kick or similar /kick commands (like booting someone from a house.)
-/premove to remove someone from a party
-/houseboot to kick someone from your house.
-/ghallboot to kick someone from the guild hall.
-/garemove and /gremove to kick someone from the guild.
Should be the most important ones. Help will be sorted at reset if there is anything left out. I reserved /kick for commands as it's short and nice, better to be used there. Thanks.
