1.9.2.2d Changes (Nov 3rd Reset)

-Profession leveling change: Now if you XP past 100%, you retain the extra XP. For example if you are level 10 and have a XP bar of 50% - If you gain 60% XP, you will be at level 11 with 10% experience.
