1.9.2.5e - Small scripts changes (No server version change)

-You shouldn't be able to escape Oundviklig if you are sent to the void. You either die or you escape by having people help. You should not be able to change characters until one of the two is fullfilled.
-Leech max adjusted to 150 instead of 100.
-Fixed a bug with crystal smash where it didn't count crystals in the new unlocked slots. (Kruell)
-Pouches 5k bug fixed where you can't open it in safe areas. (Kruell)
-Tempest bug fixed with tempest storm not displaying names properly.
-Fix to claiming names while the account is pending a facebook upgrade/update. (The characters will not be able to be claimed until the upgrade is complete currently for safety reasons.)
