New crafting quest found in the ruined watchtower (much like death hex quest and reward)
-Needs divine hexes,gems and silver bar
-Crafts Blue Light Helm or Heavy Helm (has chance to hum just like divine shield/saber)
-A few new npcs in karn mines that might help with the craft...
