The changes sound good.
I did not do a lot of the quests simply because I did not see the point. Was not worth the effort I believed.
Sadly, this now means I am going to need to level a new alt just to see if my opinion has been changed and what the changes to the quests are.
PS. My sympathies to the poor sap who is going to update the wiki
