I think it should come with a pic change.
I personally TRY to use pics that look like the race I use.

Used mine already but, yeah, I thought the same thing. Although the pic change should be optional, so one using a race change with a monster pic doesn't lose said pic.

gender/pic changes should be added as gold sinks. 5-10k each.

other gold sinks could include

renaming - 5k
nameswapping - 10k
no exp loss reallocation(10k per level(250k on a 25er)
race change - 250k
div change - 100k

Dunno about name change, since players can hide a bad behavior behind changing names.

Div change is cool. Maybe related with a quest and making your old god angry with ur treason, with a temporary penalty, so are not encouraged to it "everyday".

I agree with both points. Sadly I think the lack of images is due to lack of artist though.

name changes will be a must later on if you hope to have any kind of market in character sales. i'm not sure what kind of bad deed you are referring to. if its "that bad" its a staff issue and they'd easily know someone changed names.

I assume access to some of this will be tied to membership accounts.

Still name changes for gold would be a good sink and spur more trading. I personally would never purchase a char I couldn’t name.

Supporting the dev type thing. Aka getting a house with extra inventory, more character slots, and other small benefits that don't effect the game in a pay to win way but are still nice to have.
