This is nothing but a show of force on both sides. Nukes are basically off the table because the fallout would't be beneficial for anyone. Along that line, we wouldn't want to get into a land battle either because we would have to deal with NK's allies as well (who are much more advanced).
It's nothing more than a media war at this time.
