Spell/Command Changes & FIxes (1.8.0.3)

-Druids
--Adjusted the spells to use charisma for druids on fizzle rate. (Sorry about that, missed this!)
--Dispel on party and self no longer remove positive buffs, only negative.

-Druids/Clerics
--Dispel no longer takes a MR check if it is only removing negative buffs.

-Thieves/Assassins
-FF has been fixed as there was a bug on it. When you are FF'd and successfully hide, after 3 seconds you will be revealed due to the faeriefire. (AKA you can't sit and hide between rounds due to this, but you can still backstab/ambush long as you attack before the 3 seconds is up.)
