When in the Armorsmith shop in Kraken, there is an Island Hat for sale there at 3000g. When attempting to purchase it I get a message on screen that states

"BUG: Cannot buy this item, please post on the boards under 'BUGS' with what you are trying to buy!"

It is purchasable for 3k but it "can be sold for an average of 3375". Could be the whole issue right there.
