My suggestion is...

Have lvl 26. It would pretty much just be lvl 25 with an extra attack, no other boosts.

You would need to have X million exp at lvl 25 and spend X amount of gold to lvl up; and lvl 26 only lasts for X amount of weeks, then you go back to lvl 25 and have no exp.

Give them longer death exh.

If you don't want the item drop stolen, then kill all your opponents.

There is no skill in getting a lucky kill shot; but it does take coordination to clear an area.

OADs require insane amounts of time meaning from preparation (key gathering) to execution (killing bosses) it's only viable if you don't have a life or life commitments and be 30% or more of your time online. yeah i agree with strength and weapon output being the same on all classes. if a 21 str dwarf is swinging an axe, it shouldnt matter if hes a bard or a barbarian, same strength same axe.... only problem is if the builders/players want so many class only items ingame to make classes different. eithe...

Slayers have autosneak and /hide so I think it's a fair trade off.
