This has been pretty firmly established as something that'll happen in the future. We need the new PC client and endgame content first though, so it's possible this won't happen until summer at the earliest. Also more likely to be optimized for tablets than phones. Bigger screens and all that.

Could do like Aardwolf does and make the so you can only backstab as an opening attack, and once the NPC has been attacked you can't backstab that NPC again. Would remove the need to move anymore

The command you're looking for is /autosneak. Set it to a macro, turn it on and off as needed.
