IMHO this goes back to the larger 1v1 vs scaling for group fights (eg6v6+) issue -1.25 dodge agi doesn’t make much diff in 1v1 and in my experience many zerkers do decently in 1v1.... but in group fight they are likely gonna die a lot faster cos u have potentially 6+ players (several of them slayers...

its your game do what u want, but everyone is going neutral for a reason. this also isnt my first rodeo. you will want armor and weapon mods to hit more playtime then just some fancy 15% when an item falls. sockets are just mods that arent rolled when the item falls. gives players a reason to play ...

If the 'main' problem is with groups and dying due to no reaction time on two backstabs, then that is probably the focus. i dont think the problem with people dying in groups is that a single assassin is landing 2 backstabs in quick succession with no reaction time.... that rarely ever happens (whe...

The other option to resolve this would instead put it into /hide DELAY attack..... I see it no different then making the /hide mechanic not work with 16 people as Jade said, the only difference is you force players to use mechanics like /search which would be done in larger groups to stop slayers. ...

I still think the old system should be removed though, that's just me. It would really help with fixing alot of these shitty issues and I wouldn't have to really feel like I had to nerf damage so much if we could test that. Making them have a penalty when being in a party doesn't work in most PVP fights. The problem would probably be at key areas anyways, it's a moot point as they can just disband when they arrive and rejoin when done. Not a real difficult task to do. If i had to choose of the 6 options listed, id choose #3 as it retains their function as high dps and is more in line with lore (sneaky ppl shouldnt be wearing ringmail, helms and shields anyway) However i agree with JF that slayers are generally balancing well in 1v1 pvp.... and i agree with Terron...

i dont think you need to remove the guild systems in a fell swoop. i think if you changed it to an alliance system where houses can enemy or ally other houses it will correct itself over time. i mean sure you will see 10 "silhouette" houses in an alliance, and 10 "empire" houses...
