Yeah if this gets released on smart phones as well, accounts should be ip based. Everyone has a smartphone and a laptop.

Just my 2 gold here. Elders should lose approximately 65%+ of the time vs lizard and orc ninjas/slayers... And elders should dominate all spell casters in battle. Elders are a key to balancing PVP.
