Bonus exp in a specific "area" of the game possible? Revelation had that, it changed every 24 hours. I'm not Build so I don't if different areas are identified differently.

Example: /bexp Ruined Watchtower is bonus area of the day

I voted for 2 as my mind flashed back to gate fights and alt wars with multiple clients. But after thinking about it a minute or two, I changed my mind back to one for obvious reason of growth and scaling.

Revelation: Lands of Kaldana had a global chat system. Every player online could see it and respond to it. And staff would just "squelch" people if they crossed the line in chat. i.e. political/religious chats that got out of hand and the randomly "OMG YOU FUKKR YOU PKD MEH" sort...

Maybe implement an upkeep charge to maintain guilds of x number of members (x = a number of members deemed as excessive) which gradually taps away at the guild's coffers. If the guild can't make the payment, to be made at an interval of time deemed appropriate, then it gets audited (or punished in ...

An interesting idea, but flawed. Splintering a guild because they work together and get stuff done in the name of incentives isn't the answer. I don't have the answer and asking Staff and Builders in general to create a system that will force this will only hurt the game. End game stuff is on it's w...
