Kinda funny.. this will actually benefit people who suck with slayers, and shouldnt affect those who are good with them... Which is kinda a shame for those who are good with them. That testing highlights another couple of important aspects that should be considered:
1. Different players are faster under the current system
2. There's variance in the current system due to mistyping or whatever

I think we should try a change and reevaluate afterwards to see if everyone's happy or if they wanna tweak it further or revert back. I think the delay should come between hiding and then stabbing so people have a chance to /search I think there should be testing done to measure what the actual time...

I *think* the amount of stats gained from morph is the same regardless of level, so a lvl 15 druid would morph to the same stats as a 25er?

Maybe a client side only rate limiter for repeating certain actions. Actions i can think of to rate limit would be "look", paging the same person with the same message, general chat with the same message. Limit could be once every 5 seconds? Actions that shouldn't be rate limited: Heals, /...

I like a lot about this idea, I'm just not sure how it'd work on several levels, mainly balance wise. Introducing paralysis into PVP would have huge consequences.
