Posting Packages and Gold.

Not sure if this has been requested (I checked the previous pages and found nothing with a title that would indicate it).

Posting Items:
I think this was briefly mentioned in the Trade system discussion.
The ability to send items to someone through a telegram. Maybe a window that opens (like a vault) and then you just drag and drop the item.
Normal telegrams cost 10 gold is it? Make this cost more 25gp?

Sending Gold:
Option to send gold to someone. Could be done through the bank at a flat fee or 1% of what is being sent.

A message is sent to let them know (telegram). Restricted to non account alts (cant send something to an alt of your own, unless its on a seperate account).

I know they can be done already (as in just give someone an item/gold). But it would be convenient if there could be a way to do this while they were not around (a surprise gift!).
