Requires charisma and bear form.

-Paladin: Fixed /Protect. (5% Dodge Loss/10% MR Loss.). Blunt Damage 16% Bonus. 1% Sword Damage Loss. (Worthwhile more at higher levels, not at lower levels.), New spell called aegis added.

Other Changes & Info
-Everyone will get a free stat allocation that will last about a month.
-Overall MR reduced by 2% in the calculations.
-Rangers will most likely lose their pets but will be reimbursed a RARE SOUL GEM which can capture a monster easily. RARE SOUL GEMS do not break. The capture rate is 100% but that will only be for a month and then I will set them to proper values.
-Reimburse for ranger pet gear too in telegrams.
-Pet/Summons vanish duration is removed, it was a old function to prevent spamming, but if you log off they vanish now anyways.
-Summons cannot be cast if you are full now, it will tell you to /reclaim which gives people a nice knowledge of the function.
-AD should be fixed now when using dual weapons.
-Clerics who have heavy gear on will be reimbursed a soulbound cleric light armor item of their level. (Level 8, 15, 20, 25). Your heavy gear will be moved to your inventory, and will not be soulbound to you anymore (So it can be moved!)
-You cannot enchant/bless a instrument anymore (did not do anything anyways). Old enchants will still be there, just for show.
-Added some error handling with quests to prevent accidental selecting of a wrong reply due to packet loss.
-Reallocation gives gold back for spells as well now.

-If a shield block and armor block occur at the same time, it will always display that the shield deflected it instead.

-Sorc 'Power' reduced 1-2 STR points (in favor of bard power being better.)
-Bard songs have been changed. They now have three spells. Regen (HP/MP), Power (STR/AC), Magic (Int/Spell Resistance). These stats are based on level 25 with a OAD instrument.
--Level does not effect now, only instrument (which is a replacement for level) and charisma.
---Strength multiplier raised a little.
---Armor amount raised a couple. With 23 charisma you will do slightly better then stoneskin.
---Int decreased to maximum 2 intelligence gain.
---Spell Resistance boosted. With 23 charisma its 18%. (Form 15%).
---HP boosted by double.
---MP gain at higher levels, Does not effect the bard caster however. 1MP typically, 2MP with high level charisma and oad instrument.
-Shell gained 2% magic damage negation on any charisma level. (With 23 charisma it is 22%, so 40% if you are in magic mode on self.).

-I adjusted the MR bonus on classes. I felt like there was not enough difference between monks (who should have higher MR, vs other classes.) I widened the gap by lowering MR values because they were overall too high on a few classes. Let's take two examples here... This is VS a 23 int Enchanter with a oad staff.. Lowest MR (slayer) vs a higher MR class (Monk) class now :
--20WIS Elf Slayer: 56% MR against. (Original was 62%)
--20WIS Elf Ninja: 68% MR against.
--14WIS Saurian Slayer: 29% MR against. (original was 31%)
--14WIS Saurian Ninja: 37% MR against.
--10WIS Drakeblood Slayer: 14% MR against. (original was 16%)
--10WIS Drakeblood Ninja: 20% MR against.
Mind you sorcs with 22 Wisdom on a gnome probably get something around 75% resists. Bar bards, there is a 4% minimum gap, so it goes Sorcs, Necros, Monks(15%-10%), than Bard and Pallies (8%-6%).. Next Druids, Clerics, Rangers, Thieves (4%-2%).. Finally Barbs and Slayers. (-5% - -%10).
-Fixed a client bug where it could crash if you closed the account manager menu before completing the stat allocation change.
-Druids were getting free levels, this is fixed now.
-Added IP ban system.
-Added /pkick for staff to boot users rather then having to ban them.

-New spell for Necromancers: Wither .. This does two things. First off, it lowers AC depending on users AC. The more AC, the more AC lost. It also increases spell damage (on any spell) by a set 5-12 (on average) damage depending on your level and int.
-Client now sets it's default program language to english, to prevent errors with different languages. This should solve alot of random errors people are getting.
-Fixed a guild tax bug that sometimes gave negative -1 or -2 gold to the guild instead.
-Added logging tools for scripting.
-Fixed two scripting crash errors.
-Sneak attack delay added. If you are sneaking or faded, you will get a 1-2 second delay. This however ends prematurely if you attack or if something happens to you that triggers a combat timer. (The combat timer however does not effect the sneak delay what so ever.)
-Average damage is now not rounding off all decimal points now. You may of seen it rounding up or down, giving similar stats at lower levels. It now gives one decimal point. For example, on a monk with a certain amount of STR, a regular staff and a thick staff were giving 12 AP. However, the staff is actually at 11.7, and the thick staff was actually at 12.4 average damage.
-Added the prestige point system. Stores will be added soon but it is workable now. In events you will gain PP. It is all logged from what staffers give what, and what players buy in order to keep track of everything in a separate log. Read here for more info: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1011
-Added the command /pp which gives you the ability to view your current prestige points in game without having to go to the account manager area.

-Passive armor was reduced from 20% to 10% at 100 armor. (I.E. take your armor and divide it by 10%. That will be your percentage reduced per hit.)
-Active armor (Deflects and Absorbs) changed.
--Each shield point is 0.9% deflect. (So a 16 ac shield would give 14.4% deflect for example)
--Shields do 20/30/40/50 instead of 15/30/45/60 now.
--Each armor point is now 0.5% absorb. (So if you have 70 body armor (not including shields), you would have 35% absorb rate).
--Body armor does 20/30/40/50 instead of 10/20/30/40 now.

--Knights gain a hit rate bonus of 7.5%.
--Barbarians do not have a hit rate loss now, but still lose out on dodging. (7.5%)
--Thieves drop rate increase ability now effects the whole party if in one. Also fixed this as it wasn't in effect earlier and does work now. (My bad!)
--AID, HEAL, AND CURE have been nerfed. (Aid by 50, and scales from there.)
--Smite has been adjusted to 5 MP for both paladins and clerics. Clerics smite also deals a little more damage now (Still not as hard as paladins, but should be OK now.)
--Spells Soulbound, Bless, Enchant have been removed. In replacement, is a new command, called /scribe. You can now /scribe scrolls instead. It works the exact same way as before.
-Paladins can now bless.
-Item power and any extra information on the item is now listed on lookover. (Attack Power and AC, plus any additional statistics).
-Renamed AP to AD, as it is the current average damage, not power of item only. Also fixed it to work on first connect (was displaying invalid AD on connect).

184.108.40.206 - (November 22nd Restart)
-Sorcerer spells added: Fade and Hover.
--Fade starts at level 14, and the duration grows pretty high until level 25. When casted on a person or NPC, it will turn them invisible. They are hidden from the room, from being tracked, and from movement messages. They are not immune to being seen by looking over (though there is a neat message in your description when you look someone over who is invis.) This needs more testing though.
--Hover is a trap prevention system mostly. If you are hovering, you will go over any traps (Room traps, Thief traps when they are added, etc). It is more used for OADs and the like, and will be useful then. Currently, we do not have any traps in game yet!
-Sorcs/Necros/Rangers can now spawn pets in PVP arenas, including mosh areas!
-Thieves now have a 20% drop rate increase on killshot based on the percentage of the item dropped. (I.E. If it is 50%, then the drop rate becomes 60%. If it is 5%, then the drop rate is 6%, etc. 20% on the actual drop rate increase.)
-NPC thieves who now rob more gold will not be added to the treasury on death. It will be based on the total original gold only. For example, if you kill an NPC that has a starting gold of 1000, but robbed 100 from you, (total of 1100 gold)... The 1000 will be taxed, not the 1100.
-You can now eat while 'fade' is casted on you.
-Fade does not exhaust you anymore.
-Fade stays on you even after reconnecting.
-Removed blocking functions from connecting and made them ASYNC. This will hopefully solve some of the connect issues where people lock up the server.

-ROT damage has been upped to around 130 with 23int, and the duration is cut in half. The poison damage is about double now.
-Zerkers upped to 10% HP bonus (no MR beefcakes). Knights are upped to 12.5% HP as well.
-Stalk is now reduced to 300 seconds, or 5 minutes.
-Client minimizing bug fixed. The titlebar in the client and resizing capabilities shouldn't vanish when you un-minimize the window.

188.8.131.52e - BALANCE CHANGES
-Armor is now more effective.
--Absorbing is based off helmet+body armor. Having 84 armor (ignoring shield) will give you about 23% absorption (Heavy). Having 54 armor (ignoring shield) will give you 14.85% absorption (Medium)
--Shields give a more impacting deflection rate. Having a 16 armor shield will give you 12% deflection.
--In total, a heavy armor user can have a change to absorb/deflect some of the blow by 35% with a shield, 23% without a shield. For DW'ers this can impact survival rate, specially with medium armor, which is 26.85% with a shield, or 14.85% without a shield. Values need to be tested still.
--Passive damage negation for 100 armor reduced from 25% to 20%.
-Physical damage has been reduced. It was by far INSANE damage (Zerkers dealing 500-600 rage attacks, regular 400 attacks, monks dealing 1.5-2k per round, etc.)
--Please remember MONKS have an extra attack. The damage is lower, but the damage OVERALL should still be good, and they also have RH.
--Random multipliers on special attacks have been removed and we will only use the randomness of the actual weapon. Backstab is now a set 4x for slayers, and 3x for thieves. Rage is now a set 25% extra damage (removing the 50% chance, as it was too high.), and RH is now a set 2x.
-Dodging has been recalculated.
--Base dodge for exactly the same characters would be 35%. Each AGI higher is 1.75%, each level higher is 2.5%. Monks and Zerkers also have their classes that effect this value. Needs serious testing. The per level is around the same as it was previously however.
--Monsters need to be adjusted, there is a high chance they might dodge to much.
--Minimum dodge is 2%, Maximum dodge is 98%.
-OAD Instrument has been added for Bards.
-Some spells adjusted
--SHELL for bards gives a little more AC, and 5% more spell resistance. If you have high charisma, expect the spell resistance to be around 20%. (Which means about 35% spell resistance if you use the song that involves more spell resistance.)
--LEECH for necros now has 10% more damage, and has less fizzle. It also has a higher minimum then before.
--BLIND for necros now gives -2 agility rather then -1 agility.

--Launcher should always be run first now, and can auto launch the game after ensuring the game is up to date.
--When downloading, the launcher will expand and show you a circular bar of the downloads until complete, then shrink again.

--Food heals a percentage amount now. By default, food is 80% HP, and drinks are 50% MP.
--Food has no after use timer anymore. Instead, the timer is after you do anything that would break the food timer to begin with, such as attacking. The timer lasts for 20 seconds and then you can use as food as you want.
--You cannot eat while being morphed.
--You can eat if your stamina is not fully recovered (Though the 20 second timer nullifies this really, just had to remove it as its redundant now.)
--You can eat food right after you've finished one.
--You can eat both food and mana now at the same time.
--Eating food of the same type (HP or MP) while already eating will cancel the first eat, and start a new timer with the new foods values.

-Adjusted golem and undead script. Golem now only spawns 1, but the HP/Damage is multiplied. The taunt level of a golem is 3, so it is like having three pets out. Zombies are a bit more unique and gain bonuses every 5 levels. They have a taunt level starting at 2 at level 10, up to 4 at level 20. MP use is also increased because you only require one monster now.
-Maximum spawned timeout is now set to 60 minutes rather then 30 minutes.

-Helmets now come in two flavors, heavy and light. Light can be equipped to sorcs and necromancers!

-Image sizes completely optimized, saving almost 50% of space. This will also allow images to load quicker.

-You can disable CTRL+ARROW Key in the options. However, the client will not move you between rooms if there is text present in the textbox. This is to allow editing and scrolling of text so should be fine left enabled now.

-Giving/Dropping/Getting an item only picks up one at a time now. You can pick up the whole stack by holding down shift while grabbing the item.
-When giving/dropping/getting and item, it will now stack properly rather then creating a new slot. This will hopefully reduce clutter. This also now stacks when depositing items in your vault and withdrawing too! (Vault does require a couple more features but it should be better for now!)

-You can attack a similar name by typing out the full name. (I.E. Character called Test, and character called TestX can both be attacked now.) This should also work for basic things like giving items or old.
-Look around now works in stores.
-If the window is not in focus and you click it, it will auto focus on the input bar now regardless of where you click.
-Client has been optimized more. There should be alot less flickering, and the textbox should be faster too!
-Textbox cache clearing now saves the last 10 lines instead of 5 lines.
-The textbox cache does not clear if you save settings now.
-/d messages to you now show as 'to you:'
-Link to autoupdater should now work properly when it claims you need an update.
-Non clan members cannot see random clan chat anymore.

-Basic Interface w/ skinnable options. You can change the interface by clicking ALT, then clicking OPTIONS. You guys might like the Blue or Kaos theme.
-Macros & Shortcuts. Also configurable in the options.
-Numpad movement. (Can be disabled in options.)
-Classes/Races added. Spells obviously don't work yet. There is not much difference to each class yet either.
-NPCs (Though calculations for attacking are messed up, they can follow/move/attack). Some minor features like speaking aren't in.
-Vault (Gold). Gold is stored locally. Items are stored globally and have 50 slots. Both are account wide and can be accessed on each character.
-General Items including food.
-Scripting. (Oh my!) I'll talk about this later on.
-Clans (Currently called gangs but i'll adjust this in the future.)
-Basic HP/MP/ST/ATTACKS formula.
