-NPCs damage has been reduced 20% overall, bar OAD areas/key bosses to compensate for the potion lowering in the big update. There may be some missed NPCs but we'll resolve this as we see them. About 120 monsters have been modified.
This should help with leveling and other small issues. Obviously the faster attack times npcs have are negated as you also attack faster, but the potions being decreased 15% too was a secondary hit to leveling that we didn't think about. Most will be resolved when they respawn OR at reset today. Thanks.
