Guild Chat Off/on

Postby Lavelia » Thu Jul 21, 2016 11:15 pm

So. Sometimes you don't want to be distracted by chat, you don't like the conversation, or you feel antisocial for whatever reason. Is there any way to get a command like /goff enacted? Of course if it goes off it must be able to go on by say /gon or something to that effect....anyways it's just a request/suggestion :)

hmm are you sure it's clan? Since the chat tab for it in the window lists it as guild :P either way...whether it's clan or guild....being able to shut it off would be a good feature :)

well thats a good question lol

When you go to chat in clan chat /cc is what you would type and Im guessing cc stands for clan chat. But to see who's online, you type /g which I assume means guild. :?: :?:

/cc and /c are kept in because of ROK days, They are what you would probably call 'depreciated commands' but left in for old habits.
/gg and /g work and are the correct terms. Guilds, not clans :P

The /cc will never die. Nostligia ftw. A pox on the phoney king of england! God bless king Richard! All that jazz.

I keep hitting /c and /cc it's a bit annoying lol.

Is there a way to implement a way to keep chatting in a channel without the /gc /pc, ect.? That'd be cool

No.

Use '.

You can make your own alias if you want, not sure why people aren't. Options you can make /gc whatever you want through aliasing.
