Virulent Dragon Changes

-Poisonbomb no longer double kills you if you have on latched on to while you die. It is removed automatically on death.
-Poisonbomb now displays properly if you attempt to relog (relogging didn't remove it but didn't show it on you until it just exploded.)
-You can no longer use the temple to remove poisonbomb, it must be dealt with by another player to be removed.
-Poisonbomb no longer explodes when you remove it using a certain spell. It was meant to remove it, not trigger an pre-mature explosion to kill everyone.

Most of these changes will happen when you relogin before the next fight, or at reset.

-If you have poisonbomb on you, you can no longer 'move' until it is removed.
-Poisonbomb tick timer decreased from 3 to 2. (from 8-12 seconds to 4-8 seconds).
-If a poisonbomb goes off, the poison tick damage is increased from 5% to 10% of your HP. (Hey, it's 'extremely ill'. Best not to let this go off.)
-Min attack time down from 3.5 to 3 seconds. (Max attack and exhaust time are still the same).
-Drain roar increased by 25 mana (min/max).
-Damage on other spells/commands increased by around 5% on average.
