Description

The Refinery Overseer has been working here for so long that he hardly knows what his job is anymore. Originally hired on to oversee operations, lately he's been stuck in his office, doing almost nothing day in and day out. He has overgrown head hair, but is mustache and beard appear very well kept. His eyes are cloudy and dim. He looks rather weak! He is moving slower than normal. He has a black aura around his body! He looks rather pale. A refinery overseer is slightly wounded.
