Revision as of 11:01, 11 November 2018

Everyone who plays Ember Online should be aware of what Champion Marks (CMs) are, how to obtain them and how to spend them.

Champion Marks are tokens/points that are rewarded for completing daily and weekly quests. They are the PVE equivalent of the Prestige Points (PP) system. They can be exchanged for items in Alderra.

The daily quests are also a good source of experience and gold for players who are leveling up.

Gaining Champion Marks

Currently Champion Marks can only be gained by completing Daily or Weekly quests. Daily quests have to be accepted and completed before the server resets daily at 7am EST. You can see current server time by typing /time.

The main types of daily/weekly quest are:

Casual Daily Quest - Accepted from Seamoor Tavern - Must be at least level 15 to accept this quest. - 1 CM plus gold and experience reward

Veteran Daily Quest - Accepted from Seamoor Gates - Must be at least level 21 to accept this quest. - 1 CM plus gold and experience reward

Hardcore Daily Quest - Accepted from Alderra Gates - Must be at least level 23 to accept this quest. - 2 CM plus gold and experience reward

Weekly Quest - The location varies depending on the quest. It will generally be in either the Tavern or Town Hall of one of the high level towns and ask you to complete a quest in a tough OAD area. Common locations are Drevlar, Arkanmaw and Fort Huldar. If you're on the Ember Online Discord server then the #notifications channel will well you where the weekly quest is located. Similarly, if you're logged onto Ember Online directly after reset it will tell you where the weekly quest is located. There is a new weekly quest every Sunday morning at reset.

You must be at least level 23 to accept the weekly quest. - 3 CM plus gold and experience reward

For a list of the quests please check the "Daily Quests" section of the Wiki. Due to the game being updated often this list may be out of date Quests

Old Champion Mark System

Prior to the August 2018 update CMs were physical items that were locked to your account. In the old system it was possible to run the daily quests on many different characters and therefore gain several CMs a day. Due to this it costs more CMs to craft in the old system.

These physical items can be crafted into rewards in the "Legacy Crafting Dungeon" in Alderra.

Located on the lower level of Alderra, as shown on the map below:

You will need to type /craft view and /craft create in order to use the crafting system.

Current Champion Mark System

After the August 2018 update CMs are now automatically recorded to your account in the same way as PP points. You can view how many Champion Marks you currently have from either the Account Manager screen or by typing /cm in game

These CM points can be spent in the "Champions Rewards" store in Alderra. Located on the lower level of Alderra, as shown on the map below:

You will need to click the "buy" button and then hover over each item before clicking buy. As usual you can right click on an item to preview it before left clicking to buy.
