Some of these are already in game today, but some will be fixed at reset.
-Mobs like the dragon will no longer 'run off'. This was due to their 'reset to original room' timer being incorrect. (and in the dragons case should of been ignored).
-MP should regain normally during specific cases such as running out of mana when you are playing a song.
-NPCs should no longer be active again when there are no players in the room. This may of caused slight lag (aka tons of mobs in the queue but doing nothing) and also made certain mobs that have passive abilities like hiding actually go into hiding (aka all hiding mobs would pre-hide and then you'd get backstabbed by every mob you pass all the time.)
-Mobs should spawn and despawn properly now.
